Xantis has extensive experience in the design and construction of a variety of mission critical facilities. A majority of the projects were completed using accelerated schedules, while minimizing cost impacts to the projects. All projects required extensive pre-planning and aggressive on-site coordination.

 

Cingular Wireless San Francisco, CA. - $3.3 Million. Design, pre-construction services and construction management services for this 12,500 sf switch site. Design, construction and switch installation was completed in 11 weeks.

Cingular Wireless Fresno, CA. - $2.0 Million. Design, pre-construction services and construction management services for this 10,000 sf switch site. Design and construction was completed in 11 weeks.

Cingular Wireless Concord, CA. - $2.4 Million. Design, pre-construction services and construction management services for this 11,800 sf switch site. Design and construction was completed in 10 weeks.

Williams Communications Denver, CO. - $300K. Scope included the modification of a partially completed POP site to bring it within compliance of local life/safety codes.

Williams Communications Herndon, VA. - $120K. Scope included static transfer switch modifications and electrical circuit additions and modifications to accommodate internal client, I-Beam, requirements.

Williams Communications Reno, NV. - $1.3 Million. Managed the design and construction of this 6,000 sf ground-up Telecom POP Site.

Williams Communications Santa Clara, CA. - $2.8 Million. Managed the design and construction of this 50,000 Telecom Facility Expansion.

Williams Communications Santa Clara, CA. - $5.3 Million. Managed the design and construction of this 12,400 sf Data Center within an existing, operating facility.

Telehouse Santa Clara, CA. - $1.1 Million. Managed the design and construction of a new 4,200 sf network colocation facility within an existing operational telecom POP site.

GTE San Jose, CA. - $4.6 Million. Managed the design and construction of this 5,000 sf, fast track Telecom Optical POP site project.
