Burlingame Fire Station No. 34 Burlingame, CA. - $2.2 Million. Managed the construction of a new fire station that emulates the original historic landmark fire station.

American High School Fremont, CA. - $3.5 Million. CM overseeing the renovation and seismic upgrade of the entire school facility. Work was accelerated and completed in 10 weeks.

Centerville Multi-purpose Building Fremont, CA. - $2.2 Million. CM overseeing the construction of this multi-use facility.

Burlingame School District Burlingame, CA. - $2.2 Million. CM overseeing all district wide projects, including the complete renovation of four schools.

Merrill West High School, Phase II Tracy, CA. - $3.8 Million. Managed the construction of a new high school gymnasium, locker rooms and classrooms.

Albany High School Renovations Albany, CA. - $800,00. Managed the upgrades to the existing electrical, communications, mechanical, structural and handicap accessibility standards of the school to meet current code requirements.

Ardenwood Forest Elementary School Fremont, CA. - $2.0 Million. Managed the seismic upgrades of this school, including all structural concrete and rough framing.

Helms Jr. High School Modernization Richmond Unified School District, CA. - $2.0 Million. Managed the complete renovation and upgrade of this facility during summer break.

Portola Jr. High School Modernization Richmond Unified School District, CA. - $1.5 Million. Managed the complete renovation and upgrade of this facility during summer break.
