Marina Square Shopping Center San Leandro, CA. $7.0 Million. Managed the construction of this new shopping center, with Nordstrom Rack and Marshall's as the anchor tenants.

Pleasanton Park Shopping Center Pleasanton, CA. $4.5 Million. Managed the construction of this new shopping center, with The Home Depot as its anchor tenant.

Oakland Law Library Oakland, CA. $4.0 Million. Managed the renovation of the existing Oakland Law Library, upgrading it to meet current seismic standards and to meet tenant needs.

United Airlines San Francisco International Airport. $275,000. Managed the remodel of existing facilities to accommodate new mail/transfer facility.

St. Andrews Multi-Purpose Building Daly City, CA. $550,000. Managed the construction of a new parish center for St. Andrew Church.

St. Andrew Senior Housing Daly City, CA. $2.6 Million. Managed the construction of a new low-income housing project (H.U.D.).

Western Distribution Center Lathrop, CA. - $105 Million. Participated in the construction of this 800,000 sf automated warehouse facility, built for the Army Corps of Engineers. The facility contains towveyor/conveyor systems and hybrid vehicles for retrieving and stocking storage bins. Also provided scheduling for the software development phase of the automated systems.
